The Netherlands Ministry of Interior Affairs and Kingdom Relations established ROI more than 25 years ago. Located in The Hague, our Head Office offers modern training facilities right in the heart of the Dutch government district. Our branch office, ROI Amsterdam, offers similar services in the Dutch capital. The Netherlands Ministry of Interior Affairs and Kingdom Relations has officially mandated ROI International. It is therefore entitled to implement twinning programmes of the European Commission.
