Study Visits in December

In December ROI International organized study visits to the Netherlands for delegations from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

In light of large reform programs of their public administration the Azerbaijani delegation, a team of ten HRM officials, participated in a 1 week programme on modern HRM policies in general and Dutch best practices in particular. During the study visit the delegation attended various lectures at ROI Headquarters in the Hague and visited a variety of institutions (such as the Dutch Ministry of Interior and the municipality of Amsterdam) to exchange experiences with Dutch HRM officials and experts.

As mentioned above we also had the honour of welcoming visitors from Kazakhstan to our premises. The Kazakh delegation was comprised of 11 participants from different ministries and agencies (including 2 delegates from the Administration of the President). The main topic of their 4-day visit was Strategic Planning and Budgeting and in light of this visit they were able to get an exclusive look behind the scenes at the Ministry of Finance and VROM.
